This role offers an opportunity to join a specialist insurance broker as an Account Handler, working directly with clients on medical malpractice insurance matters. The position combines client-facing broking responsibilities with back-office support, requiring the successful candidate to manage a personal caseload of renewals, handle document binding, and support clients through midterm adjustments. Key duties include following up on new business and renewal quotes, assessing client needs, and ensuring retention targets are met while maintaining FCA compliance and delivering strong customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice insurance, ideally with aesthetics experience, and hold or be working toward relevant qualifications such as Cert CII. Strong telephone and customer service skills are essential, along with experience working with insurers and clients in a similar capacity. Familiarity with Acturis systems is preferred.
