This role offers an opportunity to join a commercial insurance brokerage as an Account Handler, supporting a portfolio of small business clients. You will manage the full policy lifecycle, from renewals and mid-term adjustments to quotations and account administration. The position involves liaising with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver strong client service and build lasting relationships. You'll handle documentation, invoicing, and credit control while identifying opportunities to support team objectives. The ideal candidate brings professional communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Previous insurance experience and familiarity with quote obtaining and business placement are desirable, along with negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
