About this role
This role offers an opportunity to join an insurance broker as an Account Handler, managing a portfolio of rural, equine, and household insurance clients. Working 35 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and ongoing account management while developing expertise in specialist risks. The position is based in an East Anglian office with hybrid working available after an initial probation period. You should demonstrate strong professional communication and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail for documentation and compliance. Prior insurance experience, familiarity with quotation and placement processes, and proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities are desirable.
