This role supports the leadership team in developing and managing a profitable Fine Art and Specie insurance portfolio. The successful candidate will underwrite and administer risks according to established authority and guidelines, build strong broker relationships to drive business growth, and monitor account performance to optimize profitability. Key duties include peer-reviewing underwriting decisions, preparing technical reports, liaising with claims teams, and contributing to business planning and pricing strategy. The ideal candidate brings prior insurance experience in underwriting, operations, account handling, or broking, with solid knowledge of core insurance concepts and strong stakeholder communication skills. Degree-level education or pursuit of professional insurance qualifications is expected, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI. Enthusiasm for Fine Art and Specie insurance is desirable. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established global insurer and contribute to a specialized, high-value business segment.
