This role offers the opportunity to provide expert advocacy on complex worldwide property claims for a specialist insurance broker. You will manage a portfolio of significant losses from notification through settlement, acting as the primary client advocate while developing commercial strategies and coordinating with insurers and loss adjusters. Key responsibilities include guiding clients on coverage and policy interpretation, leading negotiations for fair settlements, maintaining strong relationships across the London Market and internationally, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate brings at least ten years of experience in London insurance markets within client-facing roles, with substantial expertise in managing complex property claims across multiple jurisdictions. You should demonstrate strong technical knowledge of commercial property policies, proven negotiation skills with insurers and legal representatives, and a thorough understanding of the London Market and Lloyd's. Professional integrity, excellent time management, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. ACII qualification or progress toward it is preferred.
