This role offers an opportunity to join an expanding aviation liability adjuster team based at a London headquarters with international office locations, working on a hybrid basis. The position involves managing a portfolio of insurance claims, handling direct communication with claimants on matters including personal injury, cargo, baggage, and aircraft damage. Key duties encompass researching legal deadlines, coordinating with engineers and specialist consultants, preparing settlement recommendations, and seeing claims through to resolution. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management and contribute to team publications and marketing activities. Candidates should bring legal and/or aviation liability claims handling experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English. The ideal applicant will work independently under pressure, possess strong organizational abilities, and be competent with standard office software. Local language skills are advantageous.
