This role offers an opportunity to join a specialist insurer's claims team as a Cyber Claims Adjuster. You will manage cyber and technology claims from initial notification through to settlement, working closely with an internal incident response team and external partners including forensic, legal, and PR specialists. Your responsibilities will include triaging incidents, guiding clients through the claims process, maintaining relationships with policyholders and brokers, and ensuring accurate reserving and cost-effective outcomes. You'll also provide valuable feedback to underwriting and product teams on emerging claims trends. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in cyber and technology claims, along with a proven track record managing complex external stakeholder relationships in customer service or consultancy settings. You should be comfortable prioritizing competing demands, meeting strict deadlines, and overseeing forensic investigations and incident management. A genuine passion for cybersecurity and claims excellence, combined with strong organizational skills, will be essential to succeed in this position.
