Claims Data Analyst
About this role
This role offers an opportunity to join a fast-growing insurtech company as a Claims Data Analyst, supporting the claims and fraud operations team. You will design and build data models and reporting infrastructure, develop key performance reports for senior leadership and external partners, and analyze trends to identify process improvements. Your insights will directly influence strategic decision-making and help optimize claims handling across the business. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders and collaborate across claims, fraud, pricing, and other functions. The ideal candidate holds a degree (ideally in a STEM field) or equivalent experience, with strong SQL and Power BI skills. You should be comfortable building data models, creating dashboards, and communicating insights clearly to senior audiences. Experience in motor insurance, claims processes, or actuarial knowledge is valued but not essential.
