Claims Handler
About this role
This role offers an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of third-party motor claims, including personal injury cases, within a modern, technology-enabled environment. Working for a global embedded insurance provider, you'll handle claims from first notification through settlement, making confident liability decisions and negotiating outcomes with third parties and legal representatives. You'll collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to identify trends and leverage digital tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate brings proven motor claims handling experience with exposure to personal injury work and strong technical judgement. You should be a confident decision-maker and effective negotiator comfortable in fast-paced settings, with genuine enthusiasm for working with data and technology to challenge legacy approaches. A solutions-focused mindset, customer focus balanced with commercial awareness, and adaptability in evolving environments are valued. The role is based in Brighton with hybrid flexibility, reporting to the Claims Team Leader within a collaborative team of claims professionals.
