This role offers an opportunity to join a specialist insurer's Construction & Engineering claims team as a Claims Technician. Reporting to a senior team member, you will process new claims from inception through conclusion, supporting adjusters with investigations and validation while managing file lifecycles and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include drafting technical reports, preparing apportionment documentation, generating performance reports, and covering adjuster caseloads during absences. The ideal candidate brings demonstrable claims technician experience with proven caseload management capabilities and a genuine interest in construction-related insurance. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation, team collaboration, and flexibility to travel as required are essential.
