About this role
This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality client service within a commercial insurance broking firm. The successful candidate will support Client Executives with day-to-day account management, applying detailed knowledge of policy terms and conditions to address client needs. Key responsibilities include liaising with insurers, maintaining accurate client data, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver comprehensive broking solutions. The role requires strong communication and administrative capabilities, sound technical grounding in commercial insurance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance management systems. Candidates should hold or be working toward the CII Certificate, demonstrate understanding of FCA compliance requirements, and possess excellent organisational skills and professional integrity.
