This role offers an opportunity to join a commercial insurance team as an adviser, delivering strong client service to drive customer satisfaction and retention while meeting income targets. You will manage your own objectives, support colleagues in identifying growth opportunities and underinsurance, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market conditions. The position requires previous insurance experience, strong telephone communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated, compliance-focused environment. You should be organised, resourceful, and proactive in tackling new challenges. The hiring team values candidates with a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification, though this is not essential. The role is based on a hybrid arrangement, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
