Key responsibilities include producing market slips and endorsements, processing binders and lineslips, conducting quarterly file reviews, and managing KPI tracking and reporting. The position requires strong technical expertise in US casualty insurance, including policy wordings and complex risk assessment, alongside proficiency in data analysis and reporting systems. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end operational processes from slip preparation through premium collection, liaise with offshore teams, and serve as a technical expert for complex issues. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to train team members and manage budgets. Experience in insurance operations, process management, and cross-functional collaboration across broking, operations, and compliance functions is expected.
