About this role
This role offers an opportunity to join a community broking team as an Insurance Consultant on a hybrid basis. You will drive new business and retention targets while maintaining high service standards, managing client relationships through regular contact and comprehensive insurance reviews. The position requires strong technical knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines, alongside the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and support colleagues in delivering consistent quality. The ideal candidate combines creative problem-solving with excellent communication skills, particularly in building rapport over the phone. You should be organised and deadline-focused, comfortable working in regulated environments, and genuinely committed to client service. A Chartered Insurance Institute qualification is preferred.
