Key responsibilities include liaising with customers and repairers on technical matters, identifying potential fraud and vehicle modifications, and maintaining relationships with the repair network to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in the vehicle repair industry, with hands-on experience in mechanical or body work. They should demonstrate extensive knowledge of vehicles, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with automotive estimate systems.
