Personal Injury Handler (12 Month FTC)

This role involves processing and managing personal injury claims from initial receipt through settlement. The successful candidate will triage claims via regulatory portals, assess liability decisions, negotiate outcomes with insurers and claimants, and maintain regular communication with policyholders. Key responsibilities include identifying fraud indicators, setting appropriate reserves, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and registering complaints in line with company procedures while meeting performance targets. The ideal candidate brings proven experience handling personal injury claims with expertise in indemnity validation and reserve setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, alongside negotiation abilities, time management, and problem-solving capability. Familiarity with liability assessment and regulatory portal systems is preferred. The position offers full-time office attendance for the first three months, then transitions to hybrid working with one day per week in the office and flexibility available.
