The role also involves identifying process improvements through statistical analysis, defining system requirements and decision logic, and exploring practical applications of AI to enhance claims efficiency. The ideal candidate brings advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and related analytics tools, combined with deep primary insurance claims experience and product ownership background. Strong skills in workflow design, data transformation, and dashboard development are essential. The successful applicant will demonstrate business acumen, collaborative leadership, clear communication, and a practical, results-driven approach. An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
