The role
An opportunity to join a specialist, FCA-regulated risk transfer brokerage as a Producer in litigation, tax or M&A insurance. Each vertical is a stand-alone origination role, assessed on its own requirements.
What you'll do
The successful candidate will win new business against individual targets and build direct relationships with clients, introducers, advisers and brokers. They will take deals through to a bound policy, act as the commercial link with underwriting, lawyers and capital partners, and keep CRM records accurate. They will also represent the firm at industry events.
What they're looking for
A proven record of winning business in specialty insurance or adjacent professional services is expected, along with credibility with senior decision-makers. Candidates should explain complex risk-transfer structures simply and work independently. Each vertical needs relevant origination experience, such as litigation insurance, tax insurance or W&I, plus an existing network or a clear route to building one.
