The Senior Underwriter will develop and manage a profitable portfolio of engineering and construction risks across upstream, downstream, power generation, and renewables sectors. Key responsibilities include underwriting individual project risks, building broker and client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to team strategy and capability development. The ideal candidate will have detailed technical knowledge of construction and engineering-related energy risks, strong broker relationships, and a solid grasp of underwriting policy and analytics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and drive profitable growth.
