Treaty Exposure Management Analyst

This role supports the Exposure Management Team in developing analytics for the Natural Catastrophe portfolio, helping underwriting teams make informed capital allocation decisions. The position suits analytically-minded professionals with a strong interest in catastrophe modelling, coding, and data visualisation. Working in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will drive exposure risk management to optimise portfolio performance. Key responsibilities include delivering accurate portfolio roll-ups for Lloyd's and international entities, ensuring Treaty catastrophe exposure is properly understood and communicated across the organisation, and serving as a primary contact for Treaty underwriters. The role also involves supporting regulatory reporting and designing systems to manage aggregate catastrophe exposures. Candidates should have proven catastrophe modelling experience in Treaty business, strong quantitative and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of catastrophe models, and proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with reinsurance structures, Insurance and Lloyd's requirements, and Solvency II is essential.
