This role offers an opportunity to drive cyber reinsurance strategy within a growing global insurance operation. Based in London, the underwriter will build and maintain key relationships with reinsurance partners while developing the cyber portfolio. Responsibilities include managing existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing underwriting expertise, training, and strategic guidance to support partner growth. The position requires representing the organization across the market and contributing to partner-facing marketing initiatives, with regular international travel expected. The ideal candidate brings substantial insurance or reinsurance experience, preferably with cyber expertise. Strong B2B business development credentials, confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, and proven ability to influence across internal and external teams are essential. Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and relationship-management skills are required. CII qualifications are valued but not mandatory.
