This role offers an opportunity to join a global risk and financial services organisation as a Surety Underwriter based in London. You will support a growing European team, managing client portfolios and conducting comprehensive risk assessments for corporates and brokers across the UK, Ireland, and international markets. The position combines analytical rigour with relationship management, requiring you to evaluate credit and transactional risks, approve transactions within your authority, and engage proactively with clients and brokers to build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of professional experience in banking, surety insurance, or financial institutions, with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of credit risks and financial markets. You should be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in English, and ideally familiar with multinational corporate contexts or cross-border European transactions. The role operates on a hybrid basis with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office, suiting someone who thrives in collaborative, international team environments and brings a solutions-focused approach to complex challenges.
